1) Visiting the site & its surroundings.
2) Discussion with C.M.D. & Marketing GM about the requirements of the project.
3) Meeting with the Architect for giving the guidelines about the project requirements & site development.
4) Collecting the documents from legal department which are required for approval giving the same to the Main Architect.
5) After the arrival of sketch design from the Main Architect comments are given by the In House Architect & entire sketch plans are discussed with Main Architect, CMD & related authorities from the company .After that the
6) Plans are revised by the Main Architect up to the satisfaction of the In House Architect , C.M.D. & Marketing GM.
7) After that Finalization of sketch design with all side elevations & 3D view, Municipal drawings are prepared & file is put up for the sanctioning .finalization of saleable statement amenities & specifications.
8) As the Municipal plans goes for sanctioning working drawing process starts.
9) While preparing the working drawings from the Main Architect coordination with other consultants like RCC Designer, Services consultant, Landscape consultant has been done.
10) Checking of working drawings and making the corrections in working drawings from the Main Architect & sending the Final certified copy to the site for the comments from Project Manager .
11) After that these final drawings are discussed with Project Manager of the site & Chief engineer .
corrections & suggestions from them are incorporated in the drawings. & the drawings has been finalized. After that the actual work should be started if the plans will sanctioned by the Municipal authority.
12) Documentation of Municipal Corporation., Sale & working drawing as per ISO standards.
